Self-Worth & Mental Wellness Group

A 4-Week Women’s Wellness Series

This four-week women’s group, hosted by Worthyish LLC and Kindness Connects Us Therapy Services, is a supportive space for women to pause, reflect, reconnect, and intentionally prioritize themselves.

Together, we’ll explore the connection between self-worth and mental wellness, including self-talk, boundaries, people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, relationships, and the expectations we place on ourselves.

The series encourages women to identify what they may need to “quietly quit”—whether it’s unhealthy patterns, limiting beliefs, constant overextending, or the need to prove their worth—and replace those patterns with healthier ways of thinking, relating, and caring for themselves.

Each session will include guided discussion, self-reflection, practical mental wellness strategies, and meaningful connection with other women.

Saturdays in September | 10:00–11:00 AM CST

Come as you are. Leave with a deeper understanding of your worth, your needs, and the woman you are becoming.
